So...Im new here...and I want to share this with you all...I have lived all my life ( except 1 year ) in a haunted house. All my life I would interact with them, more when I was a little girl..I would refer to them as my friends upstairs...My parents knew the house was haunted as well as most of our close relatives and friends. When my grandfather passed ( in the house, him and my grandmother lived in the downstairs apartment that I now live in ), a friends little son ( 3 years old ) would always ask..."who is that man in there in the cap?" My grandfather wore an old cap all the time. When grandma took ill not even a year later, the whole family always "felt" grandpa, even as a cold spot on the bed besides my dieing grandmother ( who also, passed in the house ). Then like a snap of fingers...they were all gone. Grandma used to be a nun in her 20. Certain situations kept her from staying in the convent and she met my grandfather and his 5 children and opted to help raise them. In my mind, my grandmother took all the spirits home with her where they belong. Does anyone else think that, that could happen?...

Hi Tini, well to be honest with you, I'm not sure that you can deem that experience as paranormal because it may have well been anything. The first thing that you should do is see if your home has had any previous paranormal phenomena, and if the answer is No then you can rule this out as being some sort of Ghost.
Idealey the main thing that you shouild do is go to your local physician and get a check up see if there is anything that may be affecting you, try to rule out as many possibilities as you can on your own, but if you need any kind of advice please do not hesitate to contact us.

so last night im sitting in my room on the computer and watching tv. i start feeling very nervous and freaked out for no reason, then all of a sudden my right ear feels like someone is screaming into it and i hear a man's voice yelling, ahh ahh. i start to sweat and feel very hot. i get up off my computer chair and sit on my bed and calmed down. ive been thinking about it all day and trying to rationalize it in my head. what was that?

Every morning I walk the same road to get to school. It's a short walk and I enjoy it most days. However, about a week ago an elderly lady spooked me, see she was having troubles with a few grocery bags, so I went to help her. I asked if she needed help and when she answered me she said, "Oh, thank you dear I-" then her face drained of it's color and she said, "Never mind. Please go. I'm fine." I asked if she was sure and her response startled me. "I know you mean well, but, your presence is just unwanted here. Please. Go."
I wondered as I walked away if I had done something to upset her when all I offered was help with her bags. But I shrugged it off figuring that nothing could be done about it. Maybe it was just something that just needed to be ignored. But awhile after I noticed my walks had taken a rare haunting turn. I felt like I was being watched and every time I walked by that ladies house hair on my arms and on the back of my neck stood on end. Once again I shrugged it off.
But when I took a detour one morning not feeling up to the bad vibes I cut over a few streets and walked past a church thinking that maybe the good vibes would reach me being so close. I was wrong. I chilled feeling got worse and I shook a little, the watching feeling intensified and I got the feeling of dread wash over me, and then I felt sick. I looked around in the still dark morning trying to see what it was. That's when something pulled my eyes to the roof of the church.
I shadowy figure clung to the top of the cross, glaring down at me, though it had no eyes I could see, it felt like a glare. My heart kicked up into my throat or I would have screamed and backed up into the street. I didn't know what to do when I heard a honk of a horn and swung my head toward the bus that was waiting on the other street but when I looked back up to the top of the church, whatever stalked me, was gone. I haven't seen it since, however, I haven't gone out looking for it. I avoid the road at all cost now.
I didn't think I could get that feeling from a church. I always sought protection from them and what they stood for. But after that morning I've had my doubts about that one. I wonder what would happen if I would swallow my nerves and went back to the church, but then I shudder and shove that thought away. I never want to feel that kind of power again. I still feel the cold when I think about it and shake like a scared child.

I have been having experiences ever since I was little and I remember to be very vivid. But when I turned 13, well, things such as real haunting's really started I guess you could you say.
I was living with my mother, after moving out of my fathers, and into a new school and apartment. Now I was used to moving by this time but I never thought that by moving into this area would wake up something that should have stayed sleeping.
I have never fear a spirit, never in my life, I try to talk to them sometimes, just to see if they will react, or even more exciting answer me.
Well one day... one did respond... and I can honestly say I was terrified by it's actions. I was in my room, typing up some homework or something. When I heard what I can only describe as a drag and thump sound coming down the hall. I turned my monitor off and leaned back in my chair, and stared at my doorway.
I was just getting up to see what it was when a shadowy form entered my room, it sounded like it was, gasping for breath. I took a step back and asked, "Hello? What do you want? Do you need help?" It stopped grasping at my voice and... growled. I stared at it, not knowing what to do and not daring to look away.
I was about to tell it to leave when it... spoke. As clearly as any human voice, it didn't sound muffled or distraught at all. "Leave. Leave before you wake it! If you stay, you will never escape. It's coming." It stopped and faded a bit and spoke again, this time quiet and far away sounding, like the others I had heard. "Your presence has opened something that nobody could even hope to close. LEAVE!" I flinched a bit, and then it was gone. Needless to say I ran from the building and refused to go back alone. I had never been so shaken. From that day on I refused to be alone no matter what it took, I was the first to leave in the mornings and the last to get home at night.
A few nights went by and nothing happened and I relaxed a bit. Bad idea for me... I was just about to go to sleep when a creak came from my closet, I sat up and stared. It was quiet and calm for a few seconds and then the door started opening and slamming shut, the lights flickered and my computer started channeling a voice, from the speaker's. "Get out, get out, get out!" over and over. I jumped from my bed and ran out into the hall straight to my mothers room. When she asked what I was doing, I told her I had a bad dream, but that was NO dream.
I stayed at my fathers for awhile, then when we moved again, I took one final look at the house and shuddered as something strange washed over me. It felt like... eyes, watching me, studying me, wait for me to let my guard down. I never went back.

Hello Jonesy,
To simply answer your questioon,..... Yes, it is possible for people to have an attachmet or an entity follow them and be around them for the simple fact that the entity has found a connection or a comfort with you that it could not make with anyone prior, but you also have to remember that IF this is the case you may have "picked it up" from somewhere you either visited or were at. Haunted location, cemetery, etc.
The initial thing to do is to first see a physitian, which by your email I believe that you already have done so, secondary you should eliminate any and all possibilities of what it may be. Meaning, You said that "Everywhere you go" you see these things, it may also be a possibility that you have some honest kenetic or psychic ability and are open to senseing anomalies around you and these may contain spirits. These are of course all theories, but what you should do is try to keep a record of when and where you notice these anomalies and see if there is some type of pattern. You may find an answer to why these things are happening.
One thing is certain.... places, locations, object and even living people can be haunted, it has been documented, but to certainly say that you are takes time and reseacrh, again try to see if keeping a record of when and where you see thise anomalies happening makes any sense, there may be a connection as to why. the most important thing to remember is to stay calm and do not get frightened, remember they may not even know that you are there and may just find a comfort in being around you, it is sometimes they that need the help and try to seek it in strange ways an entity may be seeking for an answer to why t is where it is and the only way to find that out is to connect themselves to a living being.
My best advice Jonsey is to stay calm and focused, these anomalies rarely if ever hurt you, but may be discomfoting, that is about all that they are if bothersome. try to learn as much as you can and research all that you can about it. In this day and age we have the greatest paranormal locating tool called the internet which is a wonderful tool as far as information gathering, use it, and research hauntings. You'll be surprisedas far as what you may find!

Okay. I have a problem. Is it possible for a person to be haunted instead of a place? I've been noticing things... off, for awhile now. I've been to counseling and doctors asking if it's something to worry about it. My friends and family don't know what to make of it and I sometimes wonder if I'm really experiencing what I think I am.
This past week at work has just been the break point. If I am being haunted, they aren't trying to hide it anymore. I see things running and calling out my name in the empty halls and glimpses of things that shouldn't be there at all. I saw a young girl in a rain coat with an umbrella and dripping from rain with one boot... It didn't rain that day...
My friends that have never experienced things like this, even saw things feel wrong when it's just me and them around an area. I seem to bring the "spirits" out in the open.
However my friends and she does see the things I do and we have had experiences together, in fact, I stayed at her house one night and we were outside and we heard a little girls laughter and saying things like "Play, please play?" We were guessing maybe 6 or 7 was her age.
I just want to get someones opinion on this, instead of being told I need to take this pill when and for how long. I need to know that it's possible for a person to be haunted or everywhere I go is extremely haunted and nobody notice before I got there.

i agree the girls need to stop being girls so to speak.....i like the first seasons the best you can tell it feel more true, i don't like ghi but thats because im a steve fan i do like that they have people who speak other languages i think thats important evp's dont have to be in english and if u hear something that u cant make out u need to suspect it may not be english even if english is the dominate language
